 Eligible Refund Conditions (Rare & Case-by-Case)

 

Refunds may only be granted under the following conditions:

• Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally made multiple payments for the same service.

• Pre-Service Cancellation: If you cancel your order within 1 hour of payment and your session has not started.

• Technical Issues: If a technical issue from our side prevents service delivery.
